Complete gut and rebuild of a 3-story, 103,000-SF science lab
Chilled-water and heating-water piping systems serve 5 new air handling units
171-high precision air valves, over 150,000-lbs of welded stainless steel and galvanized steel ductwork and over 2-miles of chilled-water, heating-water, refrigerant and condensate drain piping installed

In the News
Midwestern State University celebrated the return of students this semester to the new-look Bolin Science Hall with a Grand Opening. The 60-year-old facility now houses modern lecture halls, classrooms, conference rooms, and offices along with technology enhancements and life-safety improvements. The science hall is home for mathematics, computer science, geosciences, chemistry, and biology departments.
