Aimbridge Hospitality, one of the world’s largest hotel management companies, is looking to expand a planned lease in Plano, according to multiple documents submitted to the state.
Documents submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation show that Plano-based Aimbridge is looking to take 125,000 square feet at HQ53, a proposed five-story, 250,000-square-foot office building by local developer Cawley Partners. This would have the company occupying the building's entire fourth and fifth floors, as well as half of the first floor. In June 2019, Cawley originally announced that Aimbridge would be taking only 75,000 square feet at the building, which would house its hotel support teams.
