Bryan Cochrum began his career with Venture Mechanical in 2004, spending his summers in the field as a helper and duct installer. After earning his mechanical engineering degree from Oklahoma Christian University in 2009, he joined the company full-time as a Project Manager.

In 2015, Bryan became a licensed Professional Engineer, and three years later was promoted to Director of Project Management. He assumed the role of Vice President of Project Management in 2023 and, since 2025, has served as Senior Vice President of Project Management.
