Multi-phased addition and renovation to Major League Soccer's third oldest soccer stadium

Addition of two new suite levels and three new club areas on both east and west sides

New architecturally distinctive roof structures will cover the east, west and most of the north stands

Overall stadium capacity will increase by over 10%

Club seating capacity will increase by over 175%

Upgraded kitchens/concessions to produce 59% more points of sale

Upgraded and expanded restrooms producing an increase of 26%

Addition of (2) air-cooled chillers totaling 450-tons

Packaged RTUs totaling over 150-tons

Split systems totaling over 40-tons
