Bryan Cochrum
Project Executive
Bryan has been employed at Venture in a project management role since 2009. In that time, he has managed a variety of projects, including Class A commercial mid-rise and high-rise office, industrial plants, warehouses, worship facilities, public schools, distributions centers and automotive sales facilities. His job responsibilities consist of designing equipment and ductwork systems and layout, overseeing pay applications, selecting and ordering equipment, and adherence to project schedule. In May of 2018, Bryan was promoted to Director of Project Management. He is a member of ASHRAE, a LEED BD+C Accredited Professional and a State of Texas Licensed Professional Engineer.

Mark Reece
Safety Director
Mark has been in the safety industry for over eighteen years. He has held a variety of safety capacities in residential, commercial and industrial environments. He joined Venture as the Safety Director in June of 2017. Mark is a certified Safety Management Specialist (SMS) through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP). In addition, he is a MedicFirstAid Instructor Trainer in CPR/First Aid/Emergency Oxygen/Bloodborne Pathogens, an OSHA 500 Construction Outreach trainer and a University of Texas-Arlington (UTA) Authorized Trainer on various construction topics.
